We are a building services design consultancy based in Wellington, specialising in building services design from initial Project Inception through to New Project Designs, Condition Assessments / Strategic Reviews & Audits. We also assist clients with resolution to NZ Building Code Compliance / Performance issues, and service Major/Minor plant upgrades and building work projects.
